Parcelforce Worldwide is one of the largest express carrier businesses in the UK, generating revenues of £400m. Operating with our own Board for over 20 years, we are a separate division of the Group that includes Royal Mail, Post Office Ltd and General Logistics Systems B.V. Our vision is to be the UK’s most trusted high value express carrier.

Parcelforce Worldwide continues to grow both revenue and profit in a difficult economic climate. How? By helping some of the UK’s biggest brands put smiles on the faces of their customers around the globe. In fact, we deliver to 99.6% of the world’s population through our expanding international alliances and partnerships.

Parcelforce Worldwide is continually investing in product innovation. We introduced two new UK products in 2008 and will shortly be unveiling a new suite of international products. We are also investing in new ways of doing business, and recently launched the new pay-as-you-go facility for business customers.

Our business reaches deep into the communities it serves. We believe our commercial aims and our responsibility to society should be mutually supportive. That’s why we were the first UK carrier to launch a carbon neutral parcel and why we are trialling low/zero emission vehicles and energy efficiency projects – all part of the journey for the Group to achieve carbon neutrality by 2015.
