Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

This leading and growing FTSE 250 business is currently seeking a qualified accountant to lead the FP&A team, whilst positioning it as the "business facing" arm of the finance department. The successful qualified accountant will have ownership of the annual business planning process, will have experience around setting up new models and be adept at providing both support and challenge, whilst also ensuring "buy-in". As the business is growing both organically and through acquisition the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will be heavily involved in investment appraisal, review of market conditions and new market opportunities. The business is dedicated to supporting and improving their people and actively encourage (and support financially) continued study such as MBA.
