·Timely production of UK Financial Statements for the Group.

·Managing all aspects of UK tax compliance and tax reporting for the group from preparation to submission.

·Controlling the Group's tax exposure through development and implementation of corporate strategy and policy.

·Management of statutory accounts and tax affairs for 60+ legal entities.

·Preparation and timely submission of USGAAP taxation and statutory reporting

·packs.

·Statutory accounting responsibility for every legal entity including preparation of tax notes in statutory accounts.

·Work with over 20 locations within the UK to communicate reporting requirements to facilitate collation and preparation of tax computations on a timely basis.

·Organise training workshops for location personnel for systems compliance and technical GAAP updates.

·Performing acquisition due diligence and subsequent integration for above areas as required.

You will be an ACA Qualified Accountant, and an expert in statutory accounting and UK financial reporting standards. You will also possess extensive experience of statutory accounting and company secretarial administration along with current and extensive experience in US GAAP and UK GAAP.
