Our International division is innovative and successfully delivers ‘borderless recruitment’ to clients when they are not purely recruiting local talent and the roles are ‘international’ in nature. The client base is very strong across Europe, the Middle East, North America and Asia Pacific with many recognisable names and the opportunities for further expansion are vast. This Division was created in 2006 and has made a successful and high profile impact in a relatively short period. Currently with a relatively small number of high calibre individuals, this team still has in excess of 60 years combined experience.

Learning and Development
At Martin Ward Anderson we have an established in house training team dedicated to providing training solutions for you through out your career. Our courses are delivered by Managers and Directors within the company. New courses are continually being developed and updated in line with the changing market.
Currently we offer the following:
• A 9 week new starter programme consisting of classroom based and on desk training
• 20 classroom-based training courses covering all aspects of recruitment, sales, general skills and self development. Designed for all levels of staff and available throughout your career.
